Went for another bike ride this morning. This one was on the roads. I went over the biggest hills my town has to offer and they are BIG. Much bigger than those at ramapo. Went for about 55 minutes and the ride felt more like an interval type since I worked hard up the hills but cruised down. It's nice to be able to workout outside instead of in the gym
