felt great on this run despite some weird soreness in my quads. Gotta keep tabs on my left hip/IT band as well. Didn't bring my watch but I was definitely pounding.
4 striders down the long side of the block. Abs/girlie push ups.
In other news, I'm super sunburnt from sitting outside yesterday.
