So today's workout was a little rough.
2x200 - goal 40; actual 38, 40

The longer intervals were so tough. Coach said to stop if I wasn't feeling good, but I didn't want to stop on such a bad note so I decided to finish it out. The shorter intervals felt good. I had to really push to hit the paces...hopefully that was just because of the wind/sickness.
abs and stretching
Nothing but positivity going into this week. Goals - rest, less stress, eat healthy, lots of water, stretching and ice baths, no more sickness, run under 2:25 on Saturday.
