Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I felt really good during this run. It wasn't too hot today. I'm going to start with my training now for cross country and start building mileage. My miles were 7:20, 6:56, 7:03, 7:01, and 7:33 pace for the last 1.5 miles. I was glad I was able to push the pace a little, but still keep it aerobic and not kill myself. Its been a while since I have been running around sub 7 pace in distance runs.
