good weather. felt ok coming into today, but not outstanding. the workout was as follows:
3x1000 w/ 600@ 5k pace (71-72) and 400 below pace
4x200 fast

the thousands went pretty well.

jogged a mile barefoot, then back to veale. just dips and pushups, then abs and stretch.
