feeling strong, feeling good. hit up 3x6 deficit deadlifts on the red plate w/ 325lbs, same as how much I squatted yesterday. but I'm def much stronger on the pulls even with a large deficit.  
Corner of the room barbell Tbar rows - 4plates + 25lbs! thats 4 plates and a biscuit.  
felt great actually, first set I held my breath on all of the reps. i find that not breathing helps maintain a lot of internal pressure, keeping everything tight and strong.  the moment i let up i feel more weak, muscularly. hit like 3x8 w/ a dropset
