Comments:
Gave myself the 'kick in the ass' today. I need to be more disciplined in a lot of areas of life, but also in my running. My mileage is good and getting better, but I need to more diligent and persistent when it comes to supplementary activities, namely weight-lifting. So I started today after the run.
