Penn Relays first day

Weather: breezy, low 60s, sun

Comments:
I'm basically merging three runs into one log... After a stressful drive to the stadium (horrendous parking fiasco) and some fast running to collect packets and distribute 4x100 numbers... I headed out at noon to run with Treanor and Ernst along the river. Did fartlek workout with Julia. 30sec, 60 sec, 2min,90 sec, 30 sec, 30 sec (or something like that). I was in control, but it still felt like a workout. Later int eh evening I ran 10 minutes up and back along Locust walk with the boys after their bus arrived.
