Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mahalsky and I were instructed to do an easy tempo on the rail trail. "This should be the easiest tempo you ever do" said Etters. We kept it right around 5:20 for a 25 minute tempo, and then had to do a hard 400 on the outdoor track. I hit 60 and Mahalsky hit like 58/59 even though it was windy as tits out there. I am still not 100 percent but getting there for sure.
