It was so hot out today! It was around 93-95 degrees. It had to have been one of the longest runs I have done in that type of weather. My face felt overheated. My body just felt dehydrated. I was pretty tired from the run. The effort was a little bit more today because of the heat. The cool down was just as hard as the workout itself. My Mile times were 7:32. 7:04, 7:05, 7:07, 7:48, 7:44 pace for the last .57 miles.
