Comments:
60s and sunny, but with a nice wind
this was a pretty good run, by myself. started easy, ran from the house up north park to shelburne. per coach's instructions, added a few short pickups in the middle section of the run. ran out to green, then turned and took shaker to richmond. back along shaker and cut over to south woodland for the rest.
