I'm off to a killer week and I sure do feel it! Today's recovery run seemed anything but considering the heat and a lack of hydration on my part. I have to prepare up for tomorrow mornings workout hopefully with Curtis. I am looking for a nice speed workout where the first half is fast but the second half is a little faster. What I need to do tonight is hydrated, eat stay cool and relax!
