Comments:
Today was the negative split 10k followed by a 4mile cool down with Curtis. The legs where tired for todays run. Which pretty much made my splits even. It was hard to get any kind of speed going. The last lap was the fastest lap so it was a negative split workout but not by much!
I finished the month of April with 119 miles. Most of the miles came at the end of the month. The beginning started slow but by the end of the month I was a training machine. Lets keep this momentum running for the next 3 months and have a solid summer of training!
