The surges felt good, but I also felt really tight when I was trying to max out on speed. Then coach said not to force it and just think about relaxing and that actually helped a bunch. I'm a little nervous for Saturday, mainly because I'm so pumped and ready to run a good time and be tough and positive. But then I started thinking what if my body physically won't go any faster, like it did in those 150s? I just need to relax.
