thought 190lbs would be tough-ish, since its like 90% of my 5RM. but i hit a full 5x5 almost effortlessly. with little rest too since i was in a hurry
then did some speed pulls. 3 sets of 3 w/ 275. bar speed off the ground sucks but lockout speed was pretty violent
