After a long day at Echo Company doing stupid work and regretting double-tapping, I had to get a rage lift in to start the month right.

Back Squat:
12x135 with paused reps
10x155
10x185
2x10x205
2x10x225

25x135
2x5(L/R) Lunges @ 135

3x10 Straight Leg Deadlift @ 135#
2 sets of 50 Walking Lunges (in between the deadlifts)

10 one leg squats on box (L/R)

Then went for a little 1 mile jog around the track
