another workout on the track. alone. coach said this would be a tempo, but then i got there and she said it should be 74-75. i didn't bring spikes and felt kinda tired, so we slowed it down to ~76-77. ran both pretty consistent, at the same pace but the splits varied a bit (75-78). yeah also there were two hurdles per lap for this. about 3' recovery between
