PR deadlift - 455lbs

Got off work before 7am today. was feelin good and alive, so i decided I'd lift before my final. dumbass lol. My decision for today was that, I'm capable of hitting my target weight of 455lbs meant for end of the 10 week cycle. but since its peaking me for a competition but im not competing, i figured i'd max out today and then either deload or jump right back into volume/accumulation/base training for deads next week.
very focused this morning. physically didnt feel optimal. but mind over matter. 275, 315 went up easy. 365 hips kinda shot up. 405 felt like a deficit pull w/ the hips coming up and utilization of the back. 430 felt slow but i was determined. i knew 25 more lbs was doable. amped myself the fuck out. built up a lot of anger. walked up to 455lbs and said to myself "this is for what could have been". pulled the weight. took everything i had to move it the first 2 inches. the it was a seizure the entire way up. but no hitching. locked out 455lbs for a competition legal rep.
