2p LakeRoadPark. felt like crap at beginning of run, but fine by end. ran on tree lawns for a couple miles; I should do that more on recovery runs. wanted to find a way to lengthen my 6 mile loop to 10k but overshot it a bit. wore old shoes to give my current shoes a break, good decision.
