I was so excited that Pete Rubish friended me on facebook and sent me a message that i decided to go lift. lmao.

did my volume work on the bench, 5x5 at 195. def tougher than 190 but it shows improvement that i can handle this much volume at a weight taht used to be a big deal.

wore my stringer tank again which i havent done in awhile since its not really the fashion for powerlifters. and wow i didn't like it at all. i prefer shirts now.

also did like 3x10 dumbbell incline press and lateral raises. bodybuilding shit sucks lol. powerliftings so much cooler
