Comments:
Warm-up mile at 7:40 and then 5 miles at 6:42 average pace. 4 of the tempo miles were in the mid-6:40s and one of them got away from me a bit (6:29) because a particularly jammin' tune inspired me. At any rate, pretty warm out there today but I'm not complaining. The pace today was difficult but not crazy.
