  Comments: 
New Route, extending the earlier 7,7 mi run that went to Tazewell Park. No Foot pain until after an hour. Foot taps every 2 miles after that. One pit stop at the park, 2 Aleve pre-run. RIP IT after the run.
This will be the baseline run. Buchannan hill to Essary was rough.
No stops except for foot tap. No cars except at the park.
