Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was supposed to be a 10 mile long run. It was early in the morning so the sun wasn't out, but it was super humid! I thought I felt good after 2 miles, but then after I felt bad. My legs felt stiff on the way back. I was tired. It was not a good run. My mile times were 7:56, 7:38, 7:43, 7:48, 7:59, 7:49, and 8:07 pace for the last .6 miles. I don't know why my last couple or so long runs have ended so badly. I need to get in long runs every 1-2 weeks during the summer so these need to start going better.
