Comments:
run with kaleb out on canada then we took a road back that made it shorter than the normal loop. more or less all of the hills we worked. some of them we were running really hard up. because this was such a hilly loop it was almost a fartlek workout. the pace for the run was probably around 6:30 or so but we did a slow cool down at the end.
