Comments:
Ran on the Wheaton College track this morning with Woody - really nailed the paces today, ran a pretty consistent ~39/55-57 for the 200/200 section. 1.25 warmup with strides, 1-mile cool down. Felt OK during the workout, the last part was a struggle. This was a confidence booster for Saturday - if I can run 19:51 in a workout, I can run sub-19:00 in a race.
