Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did my 10 min run on a soft dirt path loop by my house. I pushed the pace a bit hard so my breathing was heavier than I would have liked but my legs felt fresh. My leg didn't hurt at all during the run but then after I was walking back to my house I noticed I have a slight pain when I put a hop in my step. I tried the hop test and I feel a slight pain when I do it now even though it hasn't hurt when I hop in a few weeks. I am going to take it day to day and see how it feels. It's just frustrating making all this progress only for it to start hurting again right when I thought I was ready to get back to training
