did a warm up and then ran 4 hard miles, then a cool down.
warm up-8:31 felt good
1st-6:56 pushed it, but felt good
2nd-7:00 felt good
3rd-7:06 rolled my ankle, but not badly
4th-6:58 top of my left amstring hurt
cool down-9:14 top of my left hamstring still hurt
