Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Walk 5 Run 15 for an hour and five mins. No knee pain, and not foot pain till after the run. Slower pace around 12 min miles until the last 10 mins. Timer was set for 60 mins sp I had to add 5 mins for cool down.
