Weather: sunny but rather cool

Comments:
tried to keep motivated and get a run in today after the death run last night. felt okish but was really slow and had to stop 3 or 4 times. but, suprisingly, i pulled out what i consider to be a fantistic finish of sprinting the last minute or so, going faster than i have in a really long time. that felt really good. just make sure u run tommorrow too!
