Comments:
The weather was really good today. I wore my hat today and I actually liked it. I wore it backwards when the sun was behind me and then switched it around when the sun was in my eyes. I thought this was a really good day. I have been struggling trying to get a long run in. I wanted to do 2 medium long runs this weekend to slowly get back to my 10 miler. I liked my effort a lot on this run. It was basically a progression run. My mile times were 7:43, 7:24, 7:17, 7:17, 7:09, 7:07, 7:04, and 7:06. I felt really good the whole run.
