Comments:
after not running for four days, this was kinda rough for me. the strides usually dont make me too exhausted because sprinting is more of my thing. but today i felt totally wiped out after the first one. last week at bar de nay my right akeles tendon was really tight and it hurt to walk for 2 days. after today it really started hurting again. ugh.
