Comments:
Pretty long workout with Woody on the WC track tonight. Did a 1.25 mile warm-up, then 10x100m in 60-second rotations (averaged about 16-17 for the 100m strides), then took a 5-minute break, and then did 12 x 400m with 90-second standing rest in between. For the 400m intervals we averaged 77-78 seconds.

It was a a little warm out there and when we were hitting 76s for our first few 400s I thought we were gonna be in trouble, but we got through them. Honestly pretty happy with the workout - last summer I was doing 80-84 seconds for 400 repeats so this marks a definite improvement.
