Squat was rough. prolly cuz my high volume monday takin its toll along w/ deadlifts yestrday and shi.t  so warm ups felt rough, joints ached, so i only decided to do triples at 315 which were rough. did 5 triples.  then bench.
hit 5x5 at 200lbs. easy!@
