Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was able to breathe today. I did dynamic stretches before and that helped me. I stayed away from as many hills as I could, just for now. It was a good run, I felt tired the last mile. I'm doing an ab circuit later. I've been habitually taking iron pills that Stacey uses since spring, and I just feel really good now
