hit 4x6 w/ 340lbs on deficit deads.  most reps felt like they were misgrooved.  even with my back rounded i feel no spine tension.  i find that i get much better bar speed off the floor if i drop my hips for leg drive at the beginnign.
255lbs for 3x8 rubish rows.  
3x3 225lbs speed pulls.  glutes and lower back were massively fatigued
Godzilla and X-Men are both good movies. we watched godzilla then sneaked into xmen afterwards and stold 3d glases from the cardboard dropbox
