Rock climbing

Comments:
hard climb at the rock gym, did a 5.10 on the wave a couple times but didn't finish. Still somewhat injured and much less strong than before the Hawaii trip and subsequent long break. Anyway, lead skills improving considerably and very sore midback, hip flexors and calves the next day suggest that I worked out pretty effectively.
