Something went wrong today. well, ive noticed there have been warning signs for awhile. for at least a week now my deadlift strength off the ground has been weak. 315 is moving slower than before pulling 455. hit 3 reps at 365, which was slow, then 385 for 3 which felt like 405. then couldnt hit 3 reps of 410 i was pissed. im gonna take up to 2 weeks off from pulling heavy. squat and bench have been moving nicely though
