Evening Track Work

Weather: Low-70s, light breeze, low humidity

Comments:
Some light track-work tonight with Woody, Laura and Andrew. 3.5-mile warm-up then 10x100m with 100m jog in between, 5-minutes rest, a mile at 5K pace, then 2-mile cool-down. The 100m repeats were good, kept them all between 16-17 seconds, mile was 5:50. Felt good despite having run a tempo yesterday. Enjoyed running with the gang and the conversation during the warm-up and cooldown.
