wore my alphaasfuck tank whihc i dont like wearing since i prefer powerlifting attire now which is like tshirts. but i was told ive put on some good size by Jed.  
anyhow, tbar rows hit 4 plates + 35. did 5x8, last set drop set. i held my breath a lot to maintain pressure. 
then some burn sets at 155 for sets of 10. got soreness in the lats now
