Comments:
Did a 1000 workout on the track after I got out of Terriers. 4x1000 at 5k pace with 3 min. of rest between each interval. Felt a little rusty on the first one but got more into a rhythm on the next 3. First real workout of the summer, felt good to be back on the track.
