30 on bike + weights

Weather: 80 and nice!!

Comments:
Met a couple of guys at Sanford. Rode the rail trail and some back roads west and then back to Sanford. 30 miles and averaged about 18-19. Not too hard and didn't push just a steady ride. Nice to ride with someone! Went to Sanford Beach for 2.5 hours and then to weight room. Felt good on bike!
