Comments:
I wasnt sure on the exact distance before i did it but to my surprise it actually was a bit over 4 miles that i covered in 21:39. For simplicity i will say it was 4 miles in 21:30. There was a lot of uphill in the middle so i was pleased with that. Felt tired at the end but wasn't trying to push it at all during the first bit. Another mile and its faster than most of my races last year.
