Weather: 75 warm, pollen

Comments:
5p, river bike path to the South Mastick restroom and back. I was going to go 2+ hours, but the heat and pollen were inhibitive. out in 6:25s, back in 6:15s, though I think the acceleration was just the wind's doing. The heat and pollen made this run probably the most considerable effort of this past month, although the pace would falsely put it on par with recent ~90 minute efforts.

My legs don't feel as beat up as they this past Saturday. I should probably temper the 5 days of weekday running by 5-10 miles at least until I don't feel like it's a titanic effort to run on the weekends. I'll probably go longer and easier this coming Sunday to finally get a true long run in.
