My goal for this run was to go really slow and not stop at all. And thats what I did, I didn't stop once to stretch or anything but ran for 1:04:50 straight. I also threw in a really tough hill on the 2nd mile that went up about 500 feet. Overall I felt pretty good, better than yesterday defiantly.
