2*(4*400, 4*200), 200 rep rest, 400 set rest (read: basically full rest), goal - fast and relaxed

Wanted to run fast but relaxed, and because repetition rest was 200m (approx 2:30), it's the shortest amount of rest that this group usually takes. Which is good because the rest isn't exceedingly copious (as sometimes this group takes copious rest), and today was actually a decent workout. Wasn't strained at all until the final two 200s. I would estimate the paces for the 4 different sets at my current fitness are: Current 5k (15:50), Faster than current 3k (8:45), Faster than current 3k (8:45), Faster than current 800 (2:01). So a pretty good range of paces over the 400s, 200s, 400s, and 200s.
