w/ JK. The younger runners did the same workout but we were late starting.

Didn't feel so great starting but I seemed to "wake up" as the workout progressed. I was very pleased to get all four 200's under 30". I was pretty tired after this (it was harder than I thought it would be) so I didn't have much of a cool down. Hmm.
