Comments:
Ran at Highbanks after long day at work. Did the grass loop then hit the trails. It was pretty wet and messy. I didn't have a watch so we will just call it 7:30 pace. Next week will be a down week on my 2 up/1 down mileage plan. I am going to do a long run tomorrow, the 3 minute surges early in the week, take a day off somewhere, and am doing a 4 mile race on the fourth of july
