Wednesday Night Track Work

Weather: Low-60s, perfect

Comments:
Perfect night for some speed work on the track. Easy warm-up, then 10x100m sprints with 60 seconds rest jog in between, and 3 x 1-mile at 10K goal pace. Started out shooting for 6:15-6:20 for the mile intervals, but the Garmin was off and so I ended up running them a little quicker. Intervals ended up being 6:11, 6:15, 6:11. The pace felt ok, I felt like it wasn't too difficult and I could have maintained it. We'll see how it goes on Saturday.
