Comments:
So I took the day off yesterday because I was feeling tired and lazy, and almost didn't run today because work was exhausting and it was thunderstorming. Then I felt pretty guilty when I found out it was national running day, so I went for a short run before bed. It started a lot faster than I was planning because running at night is kind of exciting, so I decided to go with it and do my first steady state run of the summer. It actually went really well! It felt hard but so good. Probably should have warmed up....
