Run, planks and bands

Comments:
I ran and I felt pretty good despite going in the heat. Ran around town and tried to keep it flat because I was still pretty sore from the hills

I did bands right after, my band routine was as follows:
(A lap was a front and back of my driveway l)
2 laps of lateral walks
2 laps of lateral walks with squat
2 laps of monster walks forward
2 laps of monster walks backward
2x10 of Standing Hip flex, extension, and abduction
2x10 of supine clamshells
2x10 of alternating supine clamshells
2x10 of left/right side lying clamshells
2x10 of left/right side lying inverted clamshells
(Is there anything you want me to add?)

I did planks 45 seconds on forearm and hands I cut out the leg lifts today
